    I am the Processing Manager at G Force Logistics and I would like to pass on my recommendation in using Knight's Recruitment.     Knight's Recruitment has provided temporary staff to our Magna Park depot, in Lutterworth since June 2006. They are committed to the supply of good calibre staff that meet our specific contract requirements; (many of these individuals have then gone on to apply for full time positions within our organisation). They work in partnership with our operational management to understand our business and meet our expectations. Peter and his team assist with the induction process of the temporary staff to ensure that we have a reserve of staff that is trained and able to join our team in times of fluctuating volume. It is imperative that our temporary staff are able to merge with our existing team to maintain the high level of customer service our Customer expects. They do not waste valuable time, with telephone calls and unnecessary bureaucracy, they flex to our requirements not mould us to their systems. We are pleased with the service that we have received over the last 7 years and we look forward to working with them in the future.
